Douglas Fir grows on the Viveash Ranch between 8000 and 10,500
feet of elevation. The Old Family owns and operates 2800
acres, 'up-top', as a certified Tree Farm. Much of our land is
covered in PseudaTsuga Menziesii or, Douglas Fir.
Our family goal is to produce a quality floor, priced to
compete nationally. We harvest, cut, dry, machine and select
this wood to make the best floor we can; One floor at a time.
Clear Vertical Grain or Select Character Grade, your floor
will give you aesthetic pleasure and practical use for many,
many years to come.
